With staying true to our name and with the intent to present our customers with renowned Mens streetwear brand. Confidential Case is a collection of confidential/mystery items that are hand selected and packaged by our specialist with the inspiration of the mainstream urban style. This concept enables us to shop for our customers with their selected profile and also present our customers with numerous quality products at a very reasonable price.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We create a profile from your selected style and size. Once your profile has been created, your assigned specialist will then generate a package that best suit your style profile.
Our package does not only consist of quality products but diversity of brands that are prominent in todays style.
HOW WILL YOU GUYS KNOW WHAT MY STYLE AND SIZES ARE?
Once we receive your order your assigned specialist will present you with the "Style and Size Reference" via Email.

ARE THE PRODUCTS I'M RECEIVING AUTHENTIC?
Yes, we take pride in presenting our customers with well known, authentic and quality products. Rest assured that all of the products in your package are 100% authentic.
DO I RECEIVE A PACKAGE MONTHLY OR DO I ONLY PAY FOR THE PACKAGE I WANT?
Here is where we stand out, unlike some of our competitors we are on a "pay as you go" basis, so you only pay for the package that you want. This concept enables you (the customer) to give our service a try and if you're not pleased, you don't have to go through a painful process of cancellation.
HOW CAN I PAY?

WHAT IF I FORGOT TO INSERT THE "PROMO CODE" AND I ALREADY PAID?
Due to the promo code processing system, we are unable to enter any promo code and grant any discount towards your order after the payment has been processed.
But no worries, just inform us and we will accommodate the issue as best as possible.
CAN I GET A REFUND OR MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
We take pride in serving our customers with quality and desirable products. Also to keep our prices at a very competitive rate, we currently cannot grant any refunds or exchanges.
WILL I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION AND A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER(S)?
Yes, a confirmation that an order is received will be presented via E-mail. Also, a tracking number for your package will be presented once the package has been shipped.
DO YOU GUYS SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?
No, at this time we only accommodate United States residents.
